Join the information meeting for new international students on Friday the 11th of August at 11 o’clock. We will be at that meeting giving information about the freshers-week. However, you should have been sent a mail asking you to sign up for the freshers week. If you haven’t received any mail but still want to participate, you can ask us at the meeting.

If you have signed up to be a part of the freshers-week, you will meet your group on Monday the 14th of August. More information about where you meet your group will be given closer to this time.

On Monday you start by meeting up with your freshers-group. Here you will share contact-information, so you can easily come in contact with the rest of your group. The group will then plan what to do next.

In the evening on Monday we have different activities planned that you’re group can choose from:

• Speed-friending at our faculty’s student bar, Ad Fontes.

• Slush and Singstar night at Hulen with freshers-groups from our faculty and some others.

• Party at the nightclub NATT with other freshers-groups from our faculty.

On Tuesday there is nothing planned during the day but the freshers-groups are very much free to do activities if they feel like it.

In the evening we have booked Kvarteret the whole night together with another faculty. Here there will be lots of different activities like silent disco, drag-show, games and etc.

During the daytime we have planned Nygårdslekene from 12:00-17:00. Here there will be different stands and games that the freshers-groups can participate in.

After this there will be food stations at Studentsenteret from 17:00-19:00.

Later on we have different activities planned that the freshers-group can choose from:

• Outside-cinema at Meterologisk Institutt.

• Quiz at Ad Fontes.

• Karaoke at Skipperstuen.

• Party at Duggfrisk.

We have nothing planned during the day, but the groups are very much free to plan stuff on their own if you want to have activities during the day as well.

We have planned bar to bar from 17:00-22:00. We will post the program for this later. After this program we do not have anything else planned, so it is up to each group what you would like to do after the bar to bar.

On Friday there will be a concert with Arif, Michelle Ullestad and Dårlig Vane. As new students you will get a discount on tickets to this concert, and we will send out a link to this when the discounted tickets are available.

On Saturday Kvarteret will be open and there will be different activities here with some speedfriending, some quiz and silent disco etc. Here there will be possible to buy lunch and eat snacks such.
